This project included providing planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services for a +/-60 acre Residential Planned Community (RPC). Kinsale Glen integrates diversified recreation within the 115 single-family units. Amenities to be provided in this resort community include biking and walking paths, large ponds, community parks and an amenity area that offers an indoor and outdoor pool, putting green, tennis, fitness room and community meeting facility. The project involved assisting the developer with rezoning of the tract. The Atlantic Group provided site design services and prepared all construction documents including road plan and profiles, sewer plans, water service plans, fire protection plans, stormwater management plans, sediment and erosion control plans and the highway entrance plan. Our firm also provided amenity area design services and prepared the necessary construction documents, as well as, comprehensive landscaping plans for the community.
