The Atlantic Group provided feasibility, environmental, planning, engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for this 2,000 acre Residential Planned Community. This waterfront community consists of 4,800 single-family units. Lots located near environmentally sensitive areas shall be served by an on-site community sewer system. Proposed amenities include community parks, boardwalk, private bay-front beach, walking paths, boat ramp, community boat slips, yacht club, tennis, restaurant, golf course and community open space. The Atlantic Group shall provide site design services and prepare all construction documents including road plan and profiles, sewer plans, water service plans, stormwater management plans, sediment and erosion control plans and comprehensive landscaping plans to complete this project. The Atlantic Group shall also provide surveying and environmental services.
