The Atlantic Group provided feasibility, environmental, planning, engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for this multi-family project. The project consists of 28 townhouse units. Amenities included a community pool and tot lot. The Atlantic Group provided site design services and prepared all construction documents including road plan and profiles, sewer plans, water service plans, stormwater management plans, sediment and erosion control plans critical area plans, lighting plans and comprehensive landscaping plans for this project. The Atlantic Group shall also provide surveying and environmental services.
