This project consists of 185 acres and will be developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consisting of 771,000 -gross sq. ft. includes a 71, 630 sq. ft. office building, a 1,600 space parking structure, storage, health facility, food service, conference and training facilities, light industrial, fiber optic cable network distribution to desktops, state-of-the-art data and telephone communication systems, flexible/reconfigurable space, dedicated computer circuits and stabilized power with power distribution units, uninterruptible power system with standby generators, switchgear, all new under ground utilities, building automation system, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Services included master planning, utility design, and grading plans. Coordination with County and Federal Government review agencies was required including National Capitol Planning Commission review, Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
