The Atlantic Group provided feasibility, planning and design services for this project that involved the renovation of a 36 hole championship golf course into a 27 hole golf course community. The Atlantic Group developed plans that proposed 515 single and multi-family units. To accommodate the residential development, the Atlantic Group determined golf course routing for a 27-hole golf course that minimized the construction of new golf holes and produced a high yield of residential lots fronting the course. Proposed amenities include golf course, practice facilities, private clubhouse, walking paths, community parks, community amenity area and several ponds.
