The Atlantic Group provided master planning and site design for this Planned Unit Development within Northampton County, Virginia. The project includes over 284 residential units that consist of single-family homes, duplex units, townhouses, garden apartments, and numerous community amenities. Incorporated within the community are over 67,000 square feet of the commercial/ retail space and 36,000 square feet of office space.
