The Atlantic Group provided planning and site design services that included new commercial and retail space design, parking lot design, and landscaping design to determine the expansion potential of the existing shopping center. Efforts concluded that this site had the potential to accommodate 294,000 square feet of commercial and retail space while meeting regulatory requirements.
